 The artistic works of this place speak highly of its antiquity. There is a serene, beautiful, and miraculous idol of Bhagawan Mahavir Swami. It appeared from the ground in 1966 of the Vikram era. Later on, a splendid temple was built and the idol was formally installed in it on the 6th day of the bright half of the month of Vaishakh in the year 1974 of the Vikram era.
