This Tith has a huge beautiful Rang Mandap surrounded on three sides by Gambhara. The temple houses an ancient idol of the Mulnayak excavated from Karjan. The ritual of Pratishtha was performed und4er the auspices of Bandhu Beldi-Acharya Jinchandra Sagar Surishwarji Maharaj Saheb and Acharya Hemchandra Sagar Suriji Maharaj Saheb.
